Electrotherm’s newly designed sparkles induction coil insulated with special thermal insulation and sufficient inter-turn gaping specially made for Sponge Iron plant and dusty atmosphere. Optimum inter-turn spacing is maintained by FRP post between the turns. Top and Bottom stainless steel/copper cooling coils maintain uniform temperature gradient throughout the refractory, prevent overheating and enhance refractory life style. Thick farade shield prevents stray losses and directs energy in the change.
